The pursuit for a career in makeup has been a long time ambition for Melissa. Being inspired by fashion, colour, originality and a love of all things "bling" Melissa's passion is creating beautiful makeup, which is inspired by studying makeup trends published in the fashion, beauty, film and music media.

Since 2001 when Melissa completed her Diploma in Beauty Therapy she has been working, living, breathing and developing her craft as a makeup artist. Having this background allows Melissa to educate her clients on creating the perfect base for makeup application by taking good care of their skin and is keen to pass on useful tips and tricks at any opportunity.

Melissa's desire and passion for wanting more out of her career as a makeup artist led her to start her own business providing personalised, on location makeup services for weddings, photoshoots, televison, video productions and special events.

Holding both a Certificate IV in workplace Training and Assesment as well as teaching qualifications ensures Melissa is a credible choice for designing and hosting one on one tuition for individuals or groups.

Her creative flair and attention to detail in her makeup applications as well as her calm, positive attitude has meant that working relationships with brides, photographers designers and other clients has prompted referral bookings for Melissa. Furthermore the use of only quality, professional and brand name makeup and equipment means that makeup is long lasting and as flawless as possible.

Melissa is based in Brisbane but has had the opportunity to travel to many wonderful destinatios for her clients, recently travelling to the beautiful Airlie Beach in North Queensland!
